NANNY SERVICES
At RUTHERFORD NANNIES, LLC, we choose only the best to service our valued clients. Applicants must first be a non-smoker, be legally eligible to work in the United States, have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle, car and health insurance and provide excellent personal and professional child care references. Applicants must agree to having a nationwide background check and be free of any criminal history and sexual offender registry. If chosen as an addition to our registry of professional nannies, applicants understand they are not employees of RUTHERFORD NANNIES, LLC but of the families in which they provide their child care services. The families will pay you directly and RUTHERFORD NANNIES, LLC does not take any of your wages nor require a registration fee from nanny applicants. Taxes are yours and/or your employers responsibility.
To remain active on our registry, full time nannies must be willing to attend quarterly follow ups with the staff of RUTHERFORD NANNIES, LLC which also allows them the opportunity to meet other nannies to network, share and plan future play dates.
